The Role of DSI in the Treatment of Head Injury
I had very similar feelings I think it so this is a great bit of work you know. It's that generalizability of these findings to my system that I don't think we can necessarily lift up apply to us and say we're going to have the same results. There are significant differences in the drug choice they didn't use bougie standard of care there was no apnea coxination or entitled CO2 to confirm tube placement. We do need to just be cautious about how we use these results in our systems but if you're looking at it on the whole I think we've got some good news here.
