How to Lose Weight and Keep Fit
Burning calories is what happens when we lose weight. We're all encouraged always to try and burn these calories. Burn the calories means to get rid of them. Have you heard of this 10,000 steps a day? Why is it not 9,445 steps or 11,252 steps? But no, they say10,000 steps. And apparently this was introduced many, many years ago in Tokyo at the time of the Tokyo Olympics. So that's probably sometime like 1964, I think was the Tokyo Olympics - around then.
