i think duration actually is a it has certainly a big impact on one what and how much you should eat. And e duration, going back to talii, let's say we're doing ndurac ride, or even an enduras run. But if we keep it away from the real extremes of training for old trust, lets say we're keeping itin tyfical, sort of iroman training days. i would usually recommend something like, if your ifty pes in the two to 300 wat range, i would probably say forty to 50 grams
