Imposters Syndrome Is a Symptom of a Heart Surgeon's Imposter Syndrome
Heart surgeons feel unable to appreciate the full benefits of what they have because there is something nagging them at the back of their minds that they are imposters. I was always struck and and intimidated by the attitudes of these people but then what happened over the years is that I discovered that most of these people actually don't know as much as they claim to know aren't as good as they think they are. They probably suffer from a bit of imposters syndrome themselves they're just much better at hiding it right so I don't worry about that but if even you have it have imposters, he says.
