The American Constitution and the Importance of the Indian State
i totally buy what you're saying, again, about the founding of the american state and the imperatives of the elliots. But as what i am pointing out is that the indian state is not animated by a set of first principles that it has held firm to. On one hand, if you say that with changing times, a constitution can change and values can change, why shouldn't that basic structure change? Can't really go ron oh, not exactly. A lot of it depends upon the way the courts have intreed over centuries in the us, or decades in our case. So every society has its own problems. The grass looks greener on the other side
