But what I found is many times agents won't educate their seller about what should be talked about. So at Wiker doors, we have a two step process. We go in first and we just like an appraiser would do. They're going to go in and assess the upgrades and updates. And from that, while you're after front door, before you even get to the front door, you're thinking, okay, I'm envisioning these people signing the contract. It's like, I am off. It's show time. My mind is focused only on them.
