When we were doing this, we saw that some of the larger funds would tap c level folks to be sitting on the board and gong to do more kind of structured advisory stuff. What we saw a primary was like, hey, all these v p director level talent, no one's asking them to give advice. And bythe ay, you know facebook, for instance, they're the ones in facebook ad manager,. figuring out what the hacks are on a weekly basis to make things work. So it ended up also becoming a bit of a recruiting pack but it was a great, great,great, great thing that we built.
