List of Habits and Routines
The author created a list of what she wants to do on a daily basis or just on a regular basis. She gave everything a point value based on how challenging it felt for her to do it, and how much she felt like she would get a benefit from it. What got one point was the minimum 20 minute walk in the morning or evening. If I kind of stack up all of these things to get more, you know, than 10 points, I get an extra point. So this can be kind of a living list in terms of what you're including here.
