Breath Work Training - I Love It!

If we want to engage in something thatas become habitual, a part of our routine, we bring it as an identity. So for sindy, if you want to become more active in breath work, in h r v byofeback training, set the bar pretty low for you. Set the bar at, i'm just going to do it for one minute each day. Just start there. And then when you feel like you're really strengthening that breathwork or that h r v biofeback muscle, then extend the time. It becomes two minutes, maybe it comes three, maybe you get up to five minutes in a cession.
