You will be more productive and more creative as you become calmer. I believe that this is where i can stimulate my parasympathetic nervous system, where i can finally get back to rest and digest as your default. If somebody would have told me this back when i was really struggling with anxiety, i would not have believed that i could do that. But it's true. You end up handling things and just falling right back into what is your natural state. So there are a lot of different methods that you can use. And we talk about many different methods here on different shows, but i want a kind of lump all together here, as many as i can fit into our time
