Anthony Davis' Decision to Extend His Contract Was Influenced by Injury History
If Anthony Davis signs an extension this year his contract will be five years in the neighborhood of 255 million left including this year so it'll be this year plus four. If he were to opt out he would be able to sign a new deal for five and three hundred and something for next year plus four - 35 on that extra year right but i do think that his injury history played a factor in that decision if you remember if you're a Lakers fan you may remember that that summer AD took some period of days before he agreed to that extension here. I don't see his game eroding with age unless you guys disagree with me i think he's gonna have the same talents as he goes forward
