The Governor's Order Targets Parents and Not Doctors

Doctors are the ones who prescribe puberty blockers to a child, and yet the governor is saying, investigate the parents. Why target parents and not doctors? Well, i think last year, lawmakers tried to pass a bill that would have changed the definition of child abuse to include this care. And so a lot of political watchers are looking at the governor's order and the attorney general's opinion as an end run around that failure.
