The Motion of Time

Time as we have said is measured by motion and motion by time. Time appears to be the motion of the celestial sphere because other motions and time itself are measured by this motion hence too that happens which is usually sand. To say that things generated are a circle is nothing more than to say that there is a certain circle of time. Everything however which is changed is changed partly from accident but another according to a part since some one of its parts move and another by itself.
