The rush is similar to what would happen if you eat some spicy food and your brain thinks you're getting burned, so it sends out indorfens to relieve the pain. And then i realize when you an emotional releaset, the same thing happens. The most simple form is if you're super upset about something, and then you just let yourself have a good cry, you always feel better after that. It's the end orphans again. But that's the rush, basic plae.
