The Importance of Resting in Shabbat

Mishkon is the same word as Shabbat. God took them out of Egypt just to dwell with them, he says in Exodus party. When we build a Mishkon, when we try and create sacred space for ourselves and others, that is part of how we build up our likeness to God.
