Is There a Book About Intentional Recovery?

i wanted to write a book on intentional recovery, lhike adixion recovery. But i couldn't go to sleep a couple of nights cause it was just writ rolling around in my head and had to get up and write the stuff down. So that the majority of the book was written just in a couple sessions where that kind of happened. And as kind of jor tm, not my story, which i ended up doing later. It's based on lin mc Taggard's power of eightintentions and al a meditations. Like bringing in, learning how to bring in bad sort of memories and energies and transmuting em into positive ones through your centres of your body
