What Are the Causes of the Decline of Unipolarity?

I think we're moving towards that multipolar world order. The two dominant economies are the United States and China. Those countries are sort of squaring off on an economic level, but I think if you're looking forward at that new order, it really is. If you look back at US history, Russia is clearly a declining power; Europe is not quite sure what it wants to be. And then there's even some aspects of bipolarity in the system until Europe can metabolize its energy crisis. We care more about our own politics than just about anything else.
