I think that as a culture we really villainize forgetting and we play so much importance on intellect and memory. I kind of wanted to bunk both of those right because I already told you that you don't actually remember most of your own life. Our brain is really good at discarding that and that's important as we get older. also write the forgetting information is just as important as remembering information.
