Livers are great. I just wouldn't eat too much of it, right? There's a very, very big anti-fat sort of thing in Australia and so many things are very lean, the meat is trimmed to a fault. So depending on how much, how much fat is in those cuts, those are definitely the best. If you're getting regeneratively raised grass-fed and finished beef, it's coming four or five times the net amount of micronutrients that, you know, store-bought grain-finished beef is," he says.
