Clarity Is Kindness
I'm really fascinated by the kind of social aspect of doing object-oriented UX in terms of socializing it with the team. One of my favorite engineers we work with was telling me over and over clarity is kindness. And I ended up writing a whole talk using this quote, like what it means to work with teams. If you're helping everybody else, feel like a badass because they all have X-ray vision too. Everybody gets this like insane clarity before designing a bunch of wire frames.
