The Evolution of Technology in the 20th Century

Most technological revolutions never really replace human labor they just transformed the relationships of it so what I mean by that again I mentioned like the telegraph or the ticker tape didn't actually replace a lot of the functions of people in the stock exchange. You get an influx of computer coders and electrical engineers into exchanges in the 1960s through the 80s to begin implementing new technological systems. There's always a human element that emerges and there is critical human labor in maintaining and implementing these technological systems whenever they are introduced.
