The Science of Flavonols
Chocolate and cocoa powder has high concentrations of flavonols. Flavonols are also present in a number of fruit and vegetables that we commonly eat. Compared to a 50 gram chocolate bar, you'd get the same number of flavonol in three apples,. Three small glasses of red wine or a large mug of tea. There's already some trials albeit very short term, showing improvements in memory, improvements in speed of recall and learning. It's just one thing you can incorporate into your daily routine, which really could benefit your body and life.
