Sally Kohn: I can relate to a lot of what you said because 20 something years ago, when I first started here at this facility, I was just working here as a trainer or whatever. And then I started teaching and I didn't know the first half hour. So that one nugget advice is huge advice as just skyrocketed and spiraled into other things. What would I do for free? It's something I still give to personal trainers and entrepreneurs to this day. She says there will be time when you have to persevere and do the things you don't want to do.
