How to Ease Protein Eating
When you go low carb, a lot of people find success eating two meals a day. I and if I snack, it's on one particular food, it's not complicated. Some people that see the pictures I post on Twitter think I must be eating an astounding amount of food. But I don't eat that often and I'm not hungry. And so and if you're only eating two meals per day, which for me is it's been a phenomenal thing because I used to stop every time he passed a convenience store to get a snack I'm not hungry anymore.
