Is There a Price to Being a Night Owl?

I try to watch the sun rise every day or at least go out and get morning light for 10 to 15 minutes. This gets all of our hormones going and everything in our body going. And then the converse of that is trying to get, watch the sunset or at least goes out later in the day,. ideally in the evening and just get, again, 10, 15 minutes. Just observe dusk as the sun is going down or sunset. That helps the body's rhythm get in sync with the environment so that our production of hormones and everything is synced with the outer environment.
