A free trial is a way for people to immediately get access to each of these products that you're talking about. Most free trials are empty and have no data in them, they have no use cases. A customer-led buying model means the customer gets to determine how they want to buy through you. If this isn't something you're doing today, it is a reason you will be taken off the short list of those two to five vendors if your competitors aren't doing it.
