The Minister's Disappointment

I haven't been at all impressed with the stuff that Penny Sharp said so far. The general tone of what she's saying and the fact that it doesn't come across as educated in how the market actually even works is very disappointing. I am pleased to see Mark Carney saying what he did say. So Giles, the big gendellers could do as much as anyone to make this transition happen.
