Having a List Is a Great Opportunity to Deal With a Long List

Ithinki: I think i could probably have more check lists about things than i do. A list is a great opportunity to t a fact check, are these things that i really should do? As well as being a trigger list. The picture on the box says what i'm working toward. Maybe i don't get it done, but i know what the outcome is going to kind of feel like. And taking a moment to imagine that, and then check in with myself, without punting myself out of flow,. Is a nice little way to nudge myself if i'm slipping out of floe - ia i have an opportunity to course correct.
