What's the Hardest Part of a Sales Sale?
When you're buying a business, there's often an element of secrecy. You really have very little access to other employees in the business besides the seller. A primary challenge is understanding who else is in the business and what their ability is to lead. Id do a lot of i'm working at the companies that we've acquired,.
