Karl: Are you seeing any more folks looking at co-living or short-term rentals? Karl: I think by and large, maybe that makes for an interesting story in certain publications. It tends to be really isolated pop-up events where we do see that. The marketing component of the management business is going to be something that becomes a bigger focus through this year and into next year.
