I think China has been a net benefit for Africa as a trading partner and as sort of a catalyst for development in the region. But at the same time, I think China runs the risk of not reaping the benefit of its realistic approach to Africa's development challenges. And so if that's the pitch, then the follow up should be to make sure that all investments are as efficient as it can get - paying attention to local political economies.
