How to Avoid Heat Stress and Heat Stroke

In 2003, where I am right now in Switzerland and Europe, there was a heat wave which cost about 20,000 lives because of the humidity plus temperature rises of over 100 degrees Fahrenheit. The World Meteorological Association considers heat stress as five degrees higher than your average temperature for five days in a row. We really can't be outside at 85 degree Fahrenheit or more exercising, for example. People with diseases like diabetes, asthma, hypertension, or high blood pressure, or other diseases like a risk of heart attacks are even more prone to getting heat exhaustion and heat stroke due to their underlying disease.
