Working From Home and the Pandemic

There are papers around the pandemic and how the pandemic also increased over working. A Brazilian study has shown that one of the variables is gender. Women had much harder time dealing with the pandemic way of working than men. This was partially related to the fact that the needs were different. Some men were typically complaining about environmental like noise. But women have been mostly complaining about the fact that they need to combine their working from home with homeschooling of their kids because schools have been closed.
