Dr. J. Bottacharia has been a very effective spokesman on the pandemic front during the COVID-19 crisis, both imaginary and real. He is currently the director of Stanford's Center for Demography and Economics of Health and Aging. We met recently at Stanford Conference on Academic Freedom and that was the first time we met in public.
