Oka Gachi was the dragon god at the center of the commie war in the first commie gawa series. Oka Gachi had essentially his child stolen from him by Lord Konda, who was the emperor back at the time. And this started the commiewar because he stole the card is called that which was taken and it was giving him eternal life. He ended up attacking the mortal realm to attempt to reclaim that which was take. Got the dad chops for sure. But that's a thing we're going to be seeing a lot here.
