And again, the conflict couldjust be internal. It doesn't even have to be what the other person's going to say or do. But knowing that you might have to tell somebody something that maybe it disappoints you to say it, or you think you might disappoint them in saying it. If we're able to resolve the conflict effectively, the relationship actually becomes stronger through that process.
