The stuff that lights us up, that feels easy, but it's the stuff that drags you down. I have a client who at one point was responsible for putting together what turned out to be like a 50 page PowerPoint presentation every month. But she realized there were only two pieces of data that anybody cared about in that entire deck. So there are ways that we can think differently about what we're doing so that we're not spending so much time on the things that don't matter. That's what I mean by taking back control of what you do.
