The Marborag Downs, a Beautiful Place to Be in the Winter Months.

i can see for miles and miles. The turf that i'm walking through is extremely wild life rich. It's january, so there's not a whole lot around, but i can see little mounds all through the grass. These are ant hills. Some of the one here has been clearly dug up something with big, sharp claws. I imagine a badger, probably a very hungry winter badger, looking for ant lava or grubs,. whatever may be skulking deep down in the ant hills. And there are lots of birds that feed on ants and their lava, things like green woodpeckers where they come out and feed on the little insect Insect life here.
