Linguists found that when an asian person's face was shown, whether or not it was an actual standard german accent, they had a harder time understanding it. But research also showed as that when people who were really focusing on what was being saidt they actually ended up understanding everything that was said,. regardless of the accent. John: I think this is something we all need to be aware of because i've dealt with those struggles of learning a language and trying to speak it and be understood.
