"I used to think I sleep. Oh, I could eat right before bed and I sleep fine," he said. "But then I start tracking my sleep quality and I start noticing that restfulness is off or, you know, deep sleep is getting diminished." He says even timing of your nutrition plays a big role in also quality. 'You never really know about this stuff until you really start doing it the right way'
