The Importance of Windows Dynamic Linking Models
Windows dynamic linking model is different than POSIX. In Windows every symbol is like namespace to the module it comes from. And so you can have as many copies of the standard library as you want because the operating system loader in that environment will just pick one. The problem is that we on in Windows is linking model. It's not sturt oak, it's UCRT base exclamation point sturt oak.
