The Power of Alignment
I just got really good people to do the thing that they were really good at doing and that they get a lot of energy from doing. I put each of them in their place and took time. We had to move people around and we brought some people in and took some people out. But over time, we built this engine that just like this part moves this part, this one moves that one and everybody loves their part of the engine. So when you can align and why, yeah, you get everyone lined up with the right thing that they're putting this earth to do. Everyone just it's a rocket ship. It really is.
