Fanchi is really a southern provinces word and for northern Chinese people, especially those in Beijing, they would say xihong shur. The reason for that is because tomatoes are imported long ago into China. So it's like the western red. Western tomato. Red Saus Fruit or something. Hootia or shama. Like drink something. Right? It's un-imaginable, right? Yeah. Well, I think for Chinese waiters, for many people who aren't from China, you may find them can be rude sometimesbecause they don't often say please or would you like? Could you? yeah.
