The Power of Reaching Your Goals

The cycle of the 60 to 66 days comes in because just having that action each day needs to build. So very often the act of reach will be starting at the sleep while then it kind of grows and becomes a more panic-based thing that grows over time. I'm imagining for kids as well that the sense of reward in it is very motivating to them because they're concrete and immediate and passionate if it feels good, they're going to want to do more of it. One of the things that I would love to leave people with is something very practically that they could do with, say, a six or seven year old kid,. where you want to start talking about the brain.
