Neptune - A Very Small Target, Not Super Stealthy

A neptune is a very small target. It's not super stealthy, it's relatively small. And so you would expect to pick this up as it came over the rada horizon. We don't know which one exactly, i think, yet to look at te its transmission qualities. Those cifically look low. So if she was radiating one of those two radars, in theory, should have got in contact. But the bottom line is, as it doesn't really matter if it radiing or not, she did not react.
