I think that there's something to be said about purposely deciding when enough is enough, and reducing the amount of information you consume. I would never have the time to understand if a process that I'm doing is going to work out long term, because I'm switching too fast. So I think in many ways, finding a system that works for you and just having a couple of times where you reflect on how it's working for you are better than constantly trying to figure out and optimize everything. It also sounds very unidirectional as I'm saying it to you right now you're presenting your slides to your students. I don't view teaching that way anymore. It's really a back
