How to Make Big Decisions

I try to think in terms of what are the voices in my head that are having undue influence as I think about this issue. Am I getting trapped into ways of thinking that are just rooted in fear instead of rooted in some sort of an expectation of the future? That's also a spiritual exercise. It's not, I'm looking at a book and going down, you know, a 10-point thing to make sure you have the right decisions. You know, I don't think that God and decision making, however that works, doesn't work like that. But meditating can be a good thing to do just to clear your head from thinking something stupid.
