How do you build even a team with another human being that behaves in maybe in a correct way, an makes correct decision, but never tells you why? So oso i notreat tim how can i rely on this person if he doesn't even tell me why he may do the suo, even if i see that thise decisions are good ones? Well, it's a fascinating area of inquiry.
