How do you test for the second thing, which is their skill set? This one's hard, especially if you don't have the perspective rom which to make a judgment. And so i like to usually read two to three books on the topic. So i can at least understand what they're saying, and they're going to respect you. They will. It's kind of like defense. If you bring, if you bring at least some level of knowledge, they don't feel lik theyr ging to take advantage of you. These types of decisions can make the biggest impact on your net worth.
