When Do You Have a Person?

i'm sceptical of anybody who distinguishes between a human being and a person, i think that's a dangerous thing to do. In germany, for ex ja, jews, gipsies, the mentally handicapped were condered human beings, but not full persons. And some of the arguments for e long standing abortion rights, uthanasia, insisted suicide, make that same distinction. On what basis do we decide when somebody is actually a person? Most people admit that those are arbitrary restrictions. Any baby born at 22 to 26 weeks goes from a natural life support system to an artificial one.
